Carb heavy foods usually contain little to no nutritious value for our bodies. So what happens? You need to break the craving cycle by feeding your body more fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates. Another part of this equation is to feed your body every 2-3 hours. This will ensure that you never feel hungry enough to stop at a fast food joint on the way home because you feel you might faint if you don’t eat RIGHT NOW!

Quick Fat loss is not rocket science. It’s simply listening to your body and giving it what it needs.
